CONSULTATION

Every home begins with a consultation.

The Consultation is our first meeting with the homeowner and/or Realtor.
It will determine what needs to be done in the house to maximize the value of the property.
As a Certified Stager, I am trained to know how to prepare houses for sale so you can potentially sell your home quicker and for more money.

• We will discuss your goals, expectations and budget.
• Then we will take a tour of the house, both inside and out. During this time, I will let you know the things that the buyer would see, and point out any critical areas that might need addressing.
• I will explain how simple updates will optimize the sale of your home.

I will then prepare a detailed proposal within 48 hours for your review.

Consultations and proposals start at $200.00.
